What is the after-sales service/CareShip offered?

Our CareShip maintenance once every 6 months (2 times a year) at your doorstep for product sanitation and/or filter change.

How is the installation process?

Upon the order is confirmed, LG technicians will make an appointment with you to arrange delivery, as well as the servicing.

Are there any penalties if the rental contract is terminated early?

Early termination of the Contract during the Minimum Rental Period, shall pay a termination fee amount equal to 100% of the total sum of the monthly rental fee for the remainder of the month.
